- I’m 41 yrs old. The last 27 yrs I've been windsurfing along the Dutch coastline. My fave dutch spot is IJmuiden-NL. At times I'm travelling around in search for the best wind and waves. I enjoyed windsurfing in South Africa/Capetown, France/Bretagne, Ireland/Brandonbay, Portugal, UK/Cornwall, Denmark/Hanstholm. Beside wavesailing, racing and speedsurfing Im also into SUP/Wave and cruising on a SUP with my loved ones. Love to spend time on the water. GPS-speedsurfing is fun aswell. My PR so far is max 78.5 kmh with an average 74kmh (5x10sec). Would like step up the game a bit and go over 80km/h. Main issue, i mostly go wavesailing in hurricane conditions. Wavesailing is my #1 passion. In that catagory id like to; work on my wavesailing techniques, land more backloops, tweak tabletops, do Frontloops and with force 10-11insane high jumps. Not missing out on a stormchase. My 5-Oceans 3.0m2 3batten is ready to get wet! I’m ready for the next stormchase! Are you?
